You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. AI-Netra is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account use.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or harvest data beyond your account's authorised access, or use the service to violate any applicable law. AI-Netra is intended for legitimate brand and marketing intelligence use only.
You retain full ownership of any API keys you enter into the platform. By using third-party AI APIs through our platform, you agree to comply with the respective terms of those providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, etc.).
AI-Netra provides intelligence and recommendations based on publicly available AI engine behaviour. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, citation results, or search rankings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
The AI-Netra platform, including its scoring methodology, interface design, and proprietary analysis engine, is the intellectual property of SaaSynergy Technologies. You may not reproduce or redistribute the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
